I was checking out MetalInsider today and came across some conspiracy theories about Andrew WK and whether or not he exists.

There are claims that Andrew WK was always a character acted out by several hairy dudes in dirty white jeans. Or the other theory that Andrew WK did truly exist, but was replaced by AWK 2.0 after 2005.

I know, I know. It’s mind-bending.

I had no idea that there was all this controversy, but I was intrigued, especially since I watched the Golden Globes on Sunday and thought director Jason Reitman looked like Andrew’s twin brother.

Weird!

So, is Jason Reitman the real Andrew WK? Did Andrew WK ever exist? Did anyone ever really care?

Maybe we should listen to Andrew WK…if that’s who he really is.
